Initial Evaluation
A comprehensive orthopedic evaluation designed to uncover the true source of your symptoms. Your visit includes a detailed history, movement analysis, mechanical assessment, and a thorough examination to develop an individualized treatment plan. You'll leave with a clear understanding of your condition, practical next steps, and a roadmap for recovery.
Follow-Up Treatment
Each follow-up visit builds on your progress with individualized treatment tailored to your goals and response. Sessions may include exercise progression, movement retraining, manual therapy when appropriate, MDT principles, and ongoing education to help you recover efficiently and confidently. Every visit is adjusted based on your progress—not a predetermined protocol.

During your evaluation, Meghan will recommend the option that best aligns with your condition, goals, and expected course of care.

Superbill for Insurance Reimbursement
KinetiQ is a cash-based, out-of-network practice. We do not bill insurance directly. A detailed superbill is provided, upon request, after each session, which you may submit to your insurance carrier for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Note: Medicare beneficiaries are not eligible for superbill reimbursement. Please contact us before booking.
HSA & FSA Accepted
Physical therapy is an eligible expense under most Health Savings Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts. HSA and FSA cards are accepted at time of service alongside all major credit cards. Using pre-tax dollars effectively reduces your out-of-pocket cost.
